On 9th April 2025, the Institute of Medical Sciences proudly organized the Down Syndrome Support & Inclusion Programme at Sivapoomi School, a dedicated special education institution located in Kondavil.
This meaningful initiative aimed to promote awareness, acceptance, and inclusion for individuals with Down syndrome. 💛💙 The day was filled with joyful performances, interactive sessions, and inspiring messages, all centered on embracing diversity and creating a more inclusive society.
One of the highlights of the event was the enthusiastic participation of the University of Jaffna – Department of Drama and Theater Arts 🎭. Their contributions brought energy, creativity, and compassion to the program, enriching the experience for everyone involved.
